PCA’s membership includes National Bond Claim Association, Surety Claim Institute, Surety Claims Association of Los Angeles, Atlanta Surety Claims Association, Philadelphia Surety Claims Association, & Chicago Surety Claims Association. In addition, Jack has 11 years of hands-on, build for profit construction experience. He is a member of the American Institute of Constructors and Construction Specification Institute, American Arbitration Association, and the American Concrete Institute.
